Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once the order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible, but you can initiate a return per our Refund/Return Policy.
If an order is canceled before shipping, a full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
Custom orders or items marked as non-cancelable cannot be canceled once confirmed.
